How do I set up two-factor authentication (2FA) with the Microsoft Authenticator app?

You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 2: Open the app and click on the plus icon in the top-right corner.

Once you’ve opened the app, click on the plus icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select "Other."

Step 3: Select "Other."

Step 4: Open the Microsoft Authenticator app in the Novelist environment.

Go to the Novelist environment and open the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Step 5: Copy the six-digit code from the authenticator app.

Enter this code into your Novelist environment. Note that this code refreshes every 30 seconds.

Completion:

Your two-factor authentication has now been set up. Always store your recovery code in a safe place. You will need this code if you want to set up your two-factor authentication on another device.
